### Tech Stack & Architecture

### Core Features
1. **Clean Lead Form Builder**: Create an intuitive form builder supporting short text, long text, email, number, select, radio, checkbox, and file fields. Focus on enabling the creation of branded, aesthetic forms.
2. **Public Form Publication**: Publish each form at a stable slug. The public-facing form must be beautifully designed, fully accessible (labels, focus states), mobile-responsive, and include a clear privacy notice. Support a simple conditional branch (e.g. routing based on an answer).
3. **Submission & Validation**: Implement robust client-side and server-side validation. Handle loading, validation, success (thank-you screen), and recoverable error states gracefully with animated UI feedback.
4. **Notifications**: Route and send an owner notification email via Resend upon submission, ensuring submitted sensitive values are not logged.
5. **Response Management**: Store responses in SQLite and provide a private admin table view with search, filters, detail view, and CSV export functionality.
