Build a collaborative meeting management and productivity application inspired by Fellow, focusing on structuring 1-on-1s, shared agendas, and tracking action items.
The application should be built using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.

Core Features & Requirements:
1. Collaborative Meeting Agendas:
- Create a real-time (or near real-time using optimistic updates) shared document interface where team members can collaboratively build meeting agendas before the meeting starts.
- Support rich text formatting (bold, lists, headers) within the agenda items.
- Allow users to add talking points, attach files, and embed links directly into the agenda.

2. Dedicated 1-on-1 Management:
- Build a specialized view for recurring 1-on-1 meetings between managers and direct reports.
- Automatically carry over unresolved talking points or action items from previous 1-on-1s to the next meeting's agenda.
- Include a private notes section for each user that is not visible to the other participant.

3. Action Items & Accountability:
- Allow users to create explicit "Action Items" directly from the meeting agenda, assigning them to specific attendees with due dates.
- Build a centralized "My Action Items" dashboard where a user can see all their assigned tasks across all different meetings.
- Track the status of action items (To Do, In Progress, Done) and reflect these updates back in the original meeting's notes.

4. Meeting History & Search:
- Provide a clean, chronological history of all past meetings, making it easy to review what was discussed months ago.
- Implement a robust search functionality that allows users to find specific decisions, notes, or action items across all past meetings.

5. Technical & Design Constraints:
- Use a rich text editor library (like TipTap or Slate.js) to handle the collaborative agenda editing smoothly.
- Implement a robust data schema that models Users, Meetings (recurring and one-off), Agenda Items, Action Items, and the relationships between them.
- Use Server Actions for data fetching and mutations, ensuring a snappy and responsive UI.
- Design a clean, professional, "enterprise-ready" interface using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui. Pay special attention to typography and whitespace to make reading meeting notes pleasant.
- Implement clear validation rules (e.g., an action item must have an assignee and a due date).
- Ensure the application is fully functional for a team interacting with it simultaneously.
- Include a comprehensive README explaining the database schema, how the rich text editor is integrated, and instructions for running the app locally with Docker.
