Build a comprehensive, self-hosted RSS reader and content aggregator inspired by Feedbin.
The app should act as a central hub for reading, managing, and curating information from the web.
Use exactly this stack: Next.js 15 + TypeScript + SQLite + Playwright.

Core Features & Functional Requirements:
1. Subscription Management: Allow users to subscribe to RSS/Atom feeds, YouTube channels, and support email newsletters by providing a unique local inbox address or email parsing webhook.
2. Organization: Implement folders and tagging systems so users can categorize their subscriptions. Include a 'Recently Read' section and an 'Unread' filter for efficient reading.
3. Smart Filters & Actions: Allow users to create automated rules based on keywords, authors, or sources to automatically mark items as read, archive them, star them, or apply specific tags.
4. "Read Later" (Pages): Build a mechanism to save arbitrary web pages for later reading. This should extract the main content of a page, removing ads and navigation (similar to readability), and store it locally for offline-capable reading.
5. Reading Experience: Design a minimalist, distraction-free reading interface with typography-focused layouts. Support both Light and Dark themes, and implement comprehensive keyboard shortcuts (j/k for next/prev, m for mark read, s for star, etc.) to allow navigating feeds entirely without a mouse.
6. Search: Provide robust full-text search across all saved articles, notes, and metadata.

Technical Constraints:
- Start from an empty folder and create the complete working project.
- Store all user data, parsed articles, and feed metadata locally in SQLite.
- Ensure the app is strictly private and single-user by default.
- Do not add any analytics, telemetry, ads, or third-party tracking.
- Put every secret and external credential in .env and provide .env.example.
- Validate untrusted input (especially parsing external RSS XML and HTML content) to prevent XSS. Sanitize all HTML rendered in the reader.
- Include clear empty, loading, validation, success, and failure states.
- Add import (OPML) and export (OPML/JSON) functionalities so users can migrate easily.

Testing & Documentation:
- Write focused unit tests for the RSS parser, the content sanitizer, and the smart filter logic.
- Add one end-to-end smoke test using Playwright that proves the core loop works (adding a feed, viewing articles, marking as read).
- Create a README with setup instructions, architecture overview, data location, and limitations.
- Add scripts for install, development, test, build, and a production-style local run.
- Run the tests and build before finishing, fixing any errors.
