Build a comprehensive client relationship management (CRM) and workflow automation tool inspired by Dubsado.
The application should be built using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS for styling, and SQLite for local data storage, ensuring a self-hosted, private environment.

The core objective is to create a centralized platform for freelancers and small service-based businesses to manage clients, projects, communications, and administrative tasks in one place.

Key Features & Requirements:

1. Client Management & CRM:
- Create a centralized database for client profiles containing contact information, project history, and communication logs.
- Implement a simple "Client Portal" view where users can see a summary of their interactions, pending invoices, and active projects.

2. Project & Workflow Tracking:
- Implement a Kanban-style board and a table view to track the progress of every client engagement from lead capture to project completion.
- Allow users to define custom project statuses (e.g., Lead, Consultation, Active, Completed).
- Add simple workflow automation: allow users to set up triggers (e.g., "When project moves to Active, generate a to-do list").

3. Lead Capture & Sales Tools:
- Create customizable lead capture forms that can be shared via a public URL. When a form is submitted, it should automatically create a new lead in the CRM and notify the user.
- Build a proposal and contract generator. Allow users to create document templates with "smart fields" (e.g., {{client_name}}, {{project_price}}) that auto-populate when sending to a client. Include a simple "accept/sign" digital toggle for clients.

4. Scheduling & Invoicing:
- Implement a native scheduling tool where users can define their availability and clients can book appointments. (Store calendar events in SQLite, no need for external calendar sync for this clone).
- Build an invoicing module to generate professional invoices, track payment status (Draft, Sent, Paid), and record manual payments. 

5. Dashboard & Reporting:
- Design a customizable dashboard summarizing daily tasks, upcoming appointments, recent lead inquiries, and pending invoices.
- Provide simple reporting charts (e.g., using Recharts) to show revenue over time and project completion rates.

Technical & UI/UX Constraints:
- Start from an empty folder and build a complete working project.
- Use a modern, premium design system with Tailwind CSS. The UI should be highly responsive, with micro-animations and thoughtful hover states to feel alive and dynamic.
- Store all user data locally in SQLite. Put any necessary configuration in a `.env` file and provide `.env.example`.
- Pre-populate the database with realistic sample data (leads, clients, projects, invoices) so the app looks alive immediately, but provide a "Clear Sample Data" button.
- Ensure all forms have proper validation, error handling, and loading states.
