Build a comprehensive appointment scheduling application inspired by Acuity Scheduling.
The application should be built using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. It must support user authentication, client scheduling, dynamic intake forms, and service packages.

Core Features & Requirements:
1. Client Booking Flow:
- Create a beautiful, responsive public booking page where clients can view available services.

- Implement timezone auto-detection and conversion so clients see times in their local timezone while the provider sees them in theirs.

2. Dynamic Intake Forms:
- Allow the provider to create custom intake forms for different services.
- Support various field types: text, textarea, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes, and file uploads.
- Require clients to complete the specific intake form during the booking process before confirming the appointment.
- Store the submitted form data securely and link it to the booking record for the provider to review.

3. Service Packages & Subscriptions:
- Enable providers to create and sell service packages (e.g., "5 Massage Sessions" or "Monthly Coaching Retainer").
- Implement a credits system where purchasing a package grants a specific number of credits for certain appointment types.
- Track remaining credits for clients and automatically deduct a credit when they book an appointment using a package.
- Allow clients to view their active packages and remaining balances.

4. Provider Dashboard:
